The social sabbatical is a unique, one month assignment for SAPs key talent who work in highly diverse, international teams to solve business challenges for the education and social entrepreneurship sector in emerging markets. 12 of us are going to Buenos Aires for the month of April to work for 4 not-for-profits (NFP). We are divided into teams of 3 with each team dedicated to a NFP.
We receive a scope of work and have 4 weeks to complete our pro bono engagement.
It’s a great privilege to be selected and what a fantastic way for me to help a charity by using my business skills to deliver something of value to them.
I hope you enjoy reading my blog and will be inspired by what can be achieved when a group of passionate professionals come together with a social purpose.
